One of our amazing customers purchased a 1970's home in Auburn, CA. This home had so much potential but unfortunately everything was old and had to be updated. Our client loved the idea of mixing old and new. Keeping a 70's vibe but also making it modern and sleek. We gotta say, it came out quite beautiful!

Scope of Work: We remodeled this entire house from the walls to the floor. All of the walls have been redone with an imperfect smooth texture. All of the electrical has been upgraded including a service upgrade to 400 amps. We have a 200 amp sub panel in the garage awaiting some sweet upgrades as well. All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled down to the studs. New lighting, custom stair features, flooring, tile work and much much more. Not to mention the beautiful pergola outside to match the existing one.
